How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a conversation. You tell us about the pool and what you have noticed. We look at it, explain what we find in plain words and quote in writing before work starts. You see what is included and what is extra.
If we find another problem during a visit, we tell you first. We do not start unrequested work and add it to the bill. For repairs, you can ask us to explain the parts, the options and what happens if you wait.
For any contractor you hire, it makes sense to ask to see the contractor license and proof of insurance, and to check the license with the state. Do the same with us, and with anyone else you are considering.
